V Bhoopathy, a 29 year man from Tamil Nadu bought his dream bike. Which is worth Rs.2.6 lakh using Rs.1 coins on Saturday in a Salem’s showroom. The management took 10 hours to count all the coins.
While it takes years for someone to buy their dream bike. It just took 3 years for Bhoopathy to get his Bajaj Dominar 400. When everyone pays via cash or card. This young man paid Rs. 2.6 lakhs using one rupee coins.
It ideally took 10 hours for the store staff and Bhoopathy’s friend to count all the coins. Can you belive the coins were bought in a van and offloaded using wheelbarrows.
Initially the showroom manager Mahavikrath hesitated to accept the payment in coins. But He somehow got convinced and said, “I finally accepted, considering Boopathi’s dream of buying a high-end bike.”

However, Bhoopathi said,
“I had assured the bike showroom manager I would take responsibility to convert the one rupee coins to currency notes in case of any difficulty. Due to the ongoing bank strike, it appears I have to convert them to currency notes”
After this bhoopathy managed to exchange coins worth rs.40,000 and converted them into notes within a day. He also informed the manager that he will manage and convert the remaining rs.2 lakhs into notes

“I didn’t have so much money at the time,” he said, adding that he decided to save the money he earned as revenue from his YouTube channel to buy the Bajaj Dominor 400.”
