All You Need to Know About This 19YO Boy Who Runs 10Km At Midnight

We have come across a lot of motivational stories of young people that make us swell with pride. These people fill our hearts with respect for them and become inspirations.

Here is another incident of a 19-year-old boy. Who became a star of social media, and for the right reasons.

Filmmaker Vinod Kapri, met this young boy who was running at midnight. Kapri offered to give him a lift to his home. But, the boy refused and the reason was heartwarming. He recorded the whole interaction with the boy and shared it on his Twitter account. Chek out the video below.

After posting the video of the boy, he wrote in the caption. Last night at 12 o’clock on the road of Noida, I saw this boy running very fast with a bag on his shoulder. I thought he will be in some trouble, and offered a lift. But he repeatedly declined it. But then I knew what exactly he was running for. Now you will fall in love with this child if you listen to the reason.

In the video, the boy says he works at McDonald’s and wants to join the Indian Army. He doesn’t get the time to run during the day so he does it at midnight. He runs 10km daily and refused to take the lift saying it would affect his ‘daily routine practice’. the boy also added that his mother is undergoing some medical treatment in his hometown in Uttarakhand while he stays with his brother in Noida for work.

People on social media are praising his dedication and self-reliance while some offer to sponsor his studies and offer financial help. Uri: The Surgical Strike actor Vicky Kaushal also posted an Instagram story tagging the young lad and writing, “Respect”

Kapri also said in a subsequent tweet, “I am constantly trying to get in touch with Pardeep Mehra. I wanted to wish him all the best for the country. Presently he is busy with his work. He doesn’t even know that his video has gone viral.”
