Chinna Thala Raina To Miss IPL 2020, Returned To India

CSK star batsman and part-time bowler Suresh Raina will miss the whole season of IPL 2020 after deciding to return home due to “personal reasons”. The management of CSK has confirmed about the sudden departure of Chinna Thala via twitter. 

Suresh Raina has returned to India for personal reasons and will be unavailable for the remainder of the IPL season. Chennai Super Kings offers complete support to Suresh and his family during this time.

The 33-year-old star who just announced bid adieu to his international career and left to Dubai with daddies army on 21st August. He has also been part of a pre-departure camp in Chennai for five days along with Thala Dhoni, Murli Vijay, D Chahar, Ambati Rayudu, Shardul Thakur along with bowling coach Laxmipathy Balaji. 

For over a week, CSK members had been in quarantine till yesterday and quarantine would continue as the few members from the squad had tested positive for Coronavirus.
