Sundar Pichai, The CEO of google says the productivity is missing in employees. An executive meeting was held to warn people and focus on cutsomer satisfation by improving the quality of the profducts. He is not happy with the performances of the company. Googles productivity should not be where it is meant to be with the number of people they hired.

as per the recent update Pichai has come up with a new startegy which says,

“create a culture that is more mission-focused, more focused on our products, more customer focused. We should think about how we can minimize distractions and really raise the bar on both product excellence and productivity.”

The companies growth has gone down to 13 percent from last year. Employees would be sacked due to lack of skills, productivity and efficiency. Not only Google but also some big tech companies have also fired employees and slowed their hiring process.
