After 14 Long Years Of Gap, Suriya And Jyothika To Reunite On Screen

The most adorable couple of Tamil cinema, Suriya and Jyothika fell for each other during their debut in 1999 for the movie ‘Poovellam Kettupar’. The couple’s onscreen cloud nine chemistry was so real that fans wanted them to see them on-screen regularly and they too constraint by starring in  ‘Kakka Kaakka’, ‘Perazhagan’, ‘Uyirile Kalanthathu’, ‘Maayavi’ and ‘June R’.

The duo last worked together in 2006 for the super hit movie ‘Sillunu Oru Kadhal’ and the same year both tied their knot and the beautiful actress put a full stop to her profession and started spending time for her family. They both blessed with cute daughter Diya and handsome son Dev and by the year 2016, Jo made her comeback with ’36 Vayadhinile’ and still continuously focussing on female-centric films expecting massive box office success.

Die-hard fans of both Jyothika and Suriya are pinning them to reunite on-screen and recently Suriya said in his interview that one project is in the loop and will be announced in a while. 

As per the report, Suriya film with his better half Jo will be directed by ‘Sillu Karupatti’ fame Halitha Thameem and will be produced by ‘Bombay Days’ fame and famous Malayalam director Anjali Menon. The official announcement can be expected soon in the headlines.
