It was really shocking to hear a bomb threat to the old office of actor Suriya which caused headlines in the Alwarpet area as police officers rushed immediately to the spot with sniffer dogs in action. Later it was found to be a hoax and also got to know that the fame star had already vacated the building long back. 

The fame actor is currently in the headlines frequently for his voice against the state as well as central government policies, especially in the field of education. It is still anonymous and predicted that a mentally challenged or politically motivated person was behind this bomb threat.
