Comparisons are good. At times they give rise to healthy competitions. Comparisons mark the standards of how things must be. But objectification of men or women to compare something is not appreciative.
Twitter was having dark clouds atop due to the cringy and inappropriate statements made by Rajasthan’s Minister, Rajendra Singh Gudha while addressing a gathering.
In the video clip, the minister is interacting with a group of voters, dominantly men at Udaipurwati in the Jhunjhunu district. The villagers demanded smooth roads in their district to the chief engineer of PWD present in the meeting. For this, the minister comments, “In my constituency, the roads should be made like Katrina Kaif’s cheeks,” as in the reports of India Today.

After he finished his statement, the villagers applauded him and hooted for him.
The Rajasthan minister stirred up many controversies and offended a lot of people and a few communities who bashed their comments on social media.
