Mani Rathnam’s upcoming movie, Ponniyin Selvin, is a large scale movie, costing 500 crores. As per the recent update, the salaries of each cast have been revealed and spread all over the internet.
In the movie Ponniyin Selvan, Vikram is playing the role of Aditha Karikalan and has received a salary of 12 crore. It is said that Vikram was the highest paid among the actresses and the actors in the film.
The Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bacchan is playing the role of Nandhini and has earned 10 crore. On the other hand, Jayam Ravi, who played the role of Arunmozhivarman, got 8 crore. The Karthi actor was paid 5 crore for his acting in Vamdhiya Thevan’s Meanwhile, Trisha, Prakash, and Aishwarya charged 2 crore and 1.5 crore, respectively.
